Proficient in Wrike and ClickUp project management forms. I lead the project to assess and update the email workflow for all of Parian’s banners: Bootlegger, Cleo, Ricki’s, Suzanne’s and Warehouse One. 

This project included assessing and determining status requirements during each phase from developing email strategy and copywriting, to design status updates, testing, preparing to schedule and completion. Deadlines were set for each phase with automations to tag assignees based on status changes.

This new workflow streamlined our email marketing process by automating tasks, notifying assignees as needed for approvals, coding, etc. and resulted in a lower margin of error through status approval requirements.

I applied my knowledge of Wrike to create custom blueprints and templates for Asarye Paperie + Studio in ClickUp, which shares many features.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, I use InDesign extensively for creating custom wedding stationery designs and crafting detailed layouts. 

Illustrator allows me to develop vector-based graphics and illustrations for both print and digital assets. Some graphics are imported from ProCreate for hand-drawn elements.

Photoshop is my go-to for editing and enhancing imagery, ensuring visual consistency across platforms. 

In Acrobat, I finalize and prepare files for print, ensuring they meet technical specifications and create fillable PDF’s for Bootlegger’s store teams. 

These skills are applied regularly for Asarye Paperie + Studio and to support designers at Bootlegger when additional capacity is needed.

Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I have crafted email journeys featuring geotargeted segmentation, automated remails with strategic delays and exit criteria, and utilized Einstein Send Time Optimization to enhance engagement. 

Along with our team, I also leveraged the Einstein Subject Line Tester to compare my copywriting with 3-5 AI-generated options, where my subject lines consistently outperformed in click-to-open rate (CTOR), sessions, and conversions. 

Additionally, I scheduled SMS campaigns for brands such as Bootlegger, Warehouse One, and Ricki’s.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 products, with advanced Excel expertise demonstrated through creating an interactive budget file for Parian’s marketing department. The file featured a tab for expenses, brand-specific summary tabs, and a master summary, auto-calculating by brand, sub-category, and fiscal month to provide live updates on annual budgets.

Brand managers and directors were able to review up-to-date information about spends, invoice tracking and see details at any time.

I designed and developed this website using WordPress with Elementor Pro and WooCommerce, crafting a website that seamlessly integrates my brand’s personality with an intuitive, user-friendly online store. Every aspect of the site was tailored to create an engaging experience for customers while ensuring visual appeal and functionality.

In addition to designing the site, I manage all product listings and marketing content, guided by a detailed marketing calendar. From coordinating product launches to executing seasonal promotions, I ensure the website stays updated and aligned with ongoing campaigns to deliver a consistent and impactful customer experience.

I have also had the opportunity to assist large Winnipeg firm upgrade their PHP from PHP 5.6.2 to PHP 8.2.12, which included an initial assessment, plugin compatibility analysis, testing on a development site and implementation and final testing.

Personal Skills

When it comes to staying organized, I don’t just thrive—I Excel (pun intended). Whether it’s juggling complex projects or keeping chaos at bay, my exceptional organizational skills ensure everything falls into place (and on time). Outstanding time management and prioritization are second nature to me, allowing me to tackle competing priorities like a pro without breaking a sweat. I was initially hired at Bootlegger and we restructured under Parian Logistics. While working as a shared service, I executed many responsibilities from my Bootlegger Marketing Coordinator role for Suzanne’s Fashions as well, including project management and email copywriting. I also jumped in to manage the Wrike workflows for Cleo during a management absence, coordinated a marketing campaign for a new line of products and oversaw scheduling SMS messages for Bootlegger and Warehouse One.

I’m a quick learner who adapts to new tools, systems, and challenges with ease, thriving in fast-paced environments where flexibility and problem-solving are key. My strong communication skills ensure that ideas are clearly articulated and collaboration is seamless. Add to that a meticulous eye for detail, and you’ll see why I’m often the go-to person for getting things done right the first time.

I work closely with graphic designers to ensure my copywriting aligns seamlessly with their design, all while staying true to brand guidelines. I believe in fostering a collaborative work environment where everyone’s input is valued, and I take pride in offering constructive feedback to keep our projects on track. I’m known for building strong relationships with colleagues and maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that encourages growth and creativity.
