Okay, but honestly, what do you need? Take a look at Instagram, Pinterest, Google, anywhere else you grab your inspo from and it seems everywhere you go, couples have an extravagant amount of decor for their weddings. Here’s a quick guide for you when it comes to needs vs. wants.

Typically, plated dinners include a choice between a few menus and take into account allergies and dietary restrictions. This requires a seating chart to guide guests to their tables, table numbers and dedicated place cards that will display names, meal choices and allergy/dietary notices.

We also offer personalized menus, which is basically a combination between a menu and place card in one single card, which can save a bit in your budget!

Buffet dinners with assigned seating have two options:

1. Guests are assigned to a table but can sit anywhere or
2. Guests are assigned specific seats at their assigned tables.

If you are going with the former, a seating chart and table numbers are all that’s necessary. If the latter, you will also need either personalized menus or place cards so guests know where they are to be seated.

There is certainly no rules regarding any additional signage for your wedding. Most of our couples add on welcome signs, bar menus, signature drink signs, guestbook signs, etc. to help pull the space together!

Important to note: Signs can be customized to the information you’d like displayed. Ex. instead of a guestbook sign, you can purchase an 8″ x 10″ sign and add text such as “In Loving Memory” or “Sweets Table,” etc. for a small fee. Reach out with any questions you have at hello@asarye.com
