Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

At Asarye Paperie + Studio, most of what we create is personalized, custom-made, or printed specifically for you. Because of that, our refund and exchange policies are a little different from typical retail products.

This policy explains exactly what is (and isn’t) eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Final Sale

All custom and personalized products are final sale.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Wedding invitations
• Save the dates
• Day-of stationery
• Custom signage
• Personalized envelopes
• Wax seals made to order
• Printed materials featuring names, dates, or event details

Because these items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


PROOFS & CLIENT APPROVALS

Before any custom item is printed, you will receive digital proofs for approval.

Once you approve a proof, you are confirming that:

• All spelling is correct
• All dates and details are accurate
• Colours, wording, and layout are approved

Refunds or reprints will not be provided for:

• Spelling mistakes
• Incorrect dates or addresses
• Errors that were present on an approved proof

If you notice an error after approval, we can absolutely help – but any reprints or changes will be billed as a new order.


NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Some items sold in our shop may not be customized (for example: blank envelopes, tools, or ready-made products).

These items MAY be eligible for return if:

• They are unused and in original condition
• They are returned within 14 days of delivery
• They are not clearance or final sale items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great pride in quality and package everything carefully.

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

• Photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A description of the problem

If the issue was our mistake, we will:

• Reprint the item at no cost, OR
• Provide an appropriate refund or replacement

We want you to love your stationery, and we’ll always make it right when the fault is ours.


COLOUR & PRINT VARIATIONS

Please note:

• Colours may appear differently on screens
• Slight variations can occur between print runs
• Handmade elements may vary slightly

These normal production differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.


SHIPPING-RELATED ISSUES

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Asarye Paperie + Studio is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend it.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Custom Orders

Custom projects may be cancelled, but:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Any completed design work will be billed
• Printed items cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Online Shop Orders

Non-personalized orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they follow the standard return policy above.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

If you purchase any digital files or downloads, they are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
