Welcome to Asarye Paperie + Studio. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, purchasing products, and working with us on custom design services.
By visiting our website (www.asarye.com), placing an order, or entering into a design agreement with us, you agree to the terms below.
Asarye Paperie + Studio is a Winnipeg-based stationery design studio offering custom and semi-custom wedding and event stationery, printed goods, and related products.
These Terms & Conditions apply to:
• Website use
• Online store purchases
• Custom design services
• Digital products
• All communication and transactions with our business
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase for all online store products.
We accept payments through:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
All quotes provided by Asarye Paperie + Studio are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on the scope of work discussed. Any changes to quantities, materials, or design details may result in updated pricing.
Custom stationery orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project and design time.
Work will not begin until:
• A signed agreement is in place (where applicable)
• The required deposit has been paid
Final files and printed products will not be released until full payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully.
Asarye Paperie + Studio is not responsible for:
• Spelling errors
• Grammar mistakes
• Incorrect dates, addresses, or details
• Errors approved by the client
Once a proof has been approved in writing, any changes requested afterward may result in additional fees and production delays.
While we take great care to ensure quality and accuracy, the following may vary slightly:
• Paper colour and texture
• Ink colours between screens and printed pieces
• Foil stamping and specialty finishes
• Handmade or custom elements
Minor variations are normal in the printing process and are not considered defects.
Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.
Asarye Paperie + Studio is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages after delivery
• Customs delays or fees for international orders
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the client
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
All custom, personalized, and printed items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Event cancellations
• Delays outside our control
• Errors approved by the client
Non-custom items may be eligible for return at our discretion if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom projects may be cancelled, but deposits and payments made for work already completed are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after design work has begun, you will be invoiced for any completed services.
All designs, artwork, layouts, and creative concepts created by Asarye Paperie + Studio remain the intellectual property of Asarye Paperie + Studio.
Clients may not:
• Reproduce designs
• Resell artwork
• Share editable files
• Use designs for purposes beyond the agreed project
Digital files provided to clients are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Asarye Paperie + Studio reserves the right to photograph and display completed projects on our website, portfolio, and social media.
Client photos or testimonials will only be used when voluntarily provided by the client.
If you prefer your project not be shared publicly, please let us know in writing.
Asarye Paperie + Studio is not responsible for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from incorrect information supplied by the client
• Printing or production delays outside our control
• Website errors or technical issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.
You may not:
• Copy or reuse website content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site
• Use the site for fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Asarye Paperie + Studio is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
• Natural disasters
• Postal or courier disruptions
• Supply chain issues
• Illness
• Government restrictions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be handled within Manitoba, Canada.
